Course materials, videos, session recordings, and written content remain the intellectual property of Stock Market College (Pty) Ltd. When you enrol, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the material for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share your login credentials without our written permission.

6. Your conduct

• Provide accurate information when contacting us or enrolling.
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to distribute harmful content.
• Treat mentors, staff, and fellow students respectfully in live sessions.

We may suspend access to any student who materially breaches these rules.

7. Payments & refunds

Any course fees, refund windows, and payment terms are set out at the point of purchase for that specific course. Where a purchase is made, the specific enrolment terms take precedence over these general terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Stock Market College (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or courses. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
