In this policy "we", "us" and "our" refer to Stock Market College (Pty) Ltd. We are the responsible party for the personal information processed through this website under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

When you request a free strategy call we ask for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (for WhatsApp / callback)
• Your current trading experience level

We also automatically collect standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through analytics providers such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used.

• To schedule and conduct your free 30-minute strategy call.
• To send you information about our courses and mentorship, only where you have consented.
• To respond to questions you send us.
• To improve the website and our educational content.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Lead information is retained for as long as needed to serve you and, thereafter, for up to 5 years to comply with tax and regulatory record-keeping. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
